FAQ
Here Ai answers the most commonly asked questions!

When will the next chapter of _____ come out?
When it’s good and ready. We don’t release that slow, really. We just try to even out our releases so that a chapter of each series gets a turn.
Also, it’s quite a job, scanlating. It takes a bunch of people working together, and it’s not exactly quick. If you’d like to see faster releases of a certain series, go ahead and apply for translator or editor to see if you can help contribute. ^^

How frequently can I expect you to release?
We release once a week, most often on weekends. Usually we release one or two chapters. Never more than two unless it’s a special occasion. We do this because Ai (being the paranoid girl she is) wants to always have a backlog of completed chapters in case something goes wrong. Thus, we don’t batch release very often. You could say that we could, but we don’t.

Where can I download the new releases!? I can’t find them!!!!
You can find them at the forum, or you can wait three days for them to be available on the main site. At the forum, you must have 15 non-spam posts to be able to see the download section. Please don’t post messages on the forum saying you can’t find it. Just look harder, please! ^^;

Can I host your projects on my site?
Probably, but you need to email me before you do so. Contact Ai at pichipitch[at]gmail.com stating the name of your site and which projects you’d like to host.
As of August 20th, 2008, we are no longer allowing people to host our projects on their site. You’re fully welcome to post our projects on forums and large sharing networks (like mangafox, onemanga, etc), so long as you respect our 3-day wait period and leave the credits intact.
Those that we already gave permission to may continue to host the projects that they already have on their site, but may not upload any projects that they did not previously have up.

Can I translate your projects into another language?
Maybe. We reserve the right to say no to certain projects. If you would like to use our scans and translations to translate into another language, email Ai at pichipitch[at]gmail.com with which project you’d like to do, the URL to your website, and which language you’ll be translating into. Be sure to check before emailing that another group of your language has not claimed the project already.

Will you scanlate/translate ___ ?
Right now we’re not taking suggestions for future projects since we’ve got enough on our plate. In the future we might accept suggestions, though.

I have 15 posts. Why won’t the board show up?
Sometimes the forum likes to be finicky. Please try posting a bit more (it won’t kill you). The forum is set for 15 posts, I promise. It just likes to misbehave and sometimes not let people see the board, even though their status has been changed. Sorry for all this trouble, but otherwise the forum has worked out as a wonderful community.
